We're located at 71 Robinson Road, #03-01, Singapore 068895. Our shop is easily accessible by public transit — the closest MRT station is Tanjong Pagar on the East-West Line.

We're open Monday through Friday, from 11:15am to 6:15pm. We're closed on weekends and Singapore public holidays. If you're planning a visit, we suggest calling ahead, especially if you're coming near opening or closing time.

We offer a wide range of printing services, including name cards, booklets, brochures, flyers, posters, and large format printing. Our team can handle small orders of 50 business cards or large orders for banners and exhibitions. We're here to meet all your printing needs.

Copyedited version: You can place an order in person at our shop, by emailing us your requirements, or by filling out the contact form on our website. To place an order in person, simply bring your files on a USB drive, CD, DVD, or share them via a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

We accept most common file formats, like PDF, AI, PSD, JPEG, PNG and TIFF. For best quality, submit your files as PDFs with fonts embedded and images at 300 DPI.

You can share files in several ways. Email files under 10MB. For larger files, bring a USB drive or CD/DVD to the shop. You can also share through Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. If you're sending large files over 10MB, we recommend using cloud links instead of email attachments. This helps ensure all files arrive safely.

Minimum order quantities vary by product. For digital printing, you can order even a single copy, with no minimum. For offset printing, minimums usually start from 500 pieces due to the setup involved. Contact us for specific quantities and pricing.

We primarily focus on printing services. However, we can assist with minor adjustments to your artwork such as resizing, colour correction and layout tweaks. For full design work, we recommend working with a graphic designer and sending us the print-ready files.

Digital printing is ideal for smaller jobs and offers fast turnaround with no setup costs. Offset printing is better for large quantities (500+ pieces) and provides superior colour consistency and cost-effectiveness at scale. We can advise which method suits your project best.

Our print shop offers fast turnaround times for your printing needs. We can print name cards and simple colour prints in as little as 30 minutes. For standard products, expect a turnaround time of 1 to 3 business days. Offset printing jobs typically take 5 to 7 business days. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet it.

We stock a wide variety of materials, including art card (250gsm, 310gsm), art paper (128gsm, 157gsm), textured paper, recycled stock, and synthetic materials for banners. We also offer different finishes, such as matte, gloss, and soft-touch lamination. Stop by our shop to see paper samples in person.

Yes, we offer double-sided (duplex) printing for most products, including business cards, brochures, flyers, and booklets. Just provide artwork for both sides when you submit your files.

We offer large-format printing services, capable of producing prints up to several meters wide. This is perfect for banners, posters, and exhibition displays. For the exact maximum dimensions, please reach out to us with your project requirements, and we'll confirm what's possible.

We offer competitive pricing for custom printing based on several factors, including the type of product you choose, the quantity, the paper stock you prefer, the requested finishing options, and the desired turnaround time. When you request a quote, please tell us the type of product, how many you need, the size, the paper you want, and any special finishing requirements. The printing press accepts cash, NETS, bank transfer (PayNow/FAST) and cheque payments. Payment is typically required before printing begins. For regular corporate clients, the press may offer credit terms upon arrangement.

I may charge extra for rush jobs, depending on the complexity and how fast you need it. I'll always let you know the total cost before we start, so there are no surprises.

Yes, we deliver island-wide across Singapore. Delivery charges depend on order size, weight, and destination. You're also welcome to collect your completed order from our shop at 71 Robinson Road.

We deliver to all areas across Singapore, including residential addresses, office buildings, and event venues. If you're ordering to a restricted-access building, please provide any necessary access instructions when placing your order.

Delivery within Singapore typically takes 1 to 2 working days after your order is ready. We can arrange same-day delivery for urgent orders, subject to availability and location. We'll confirm the delivery timeline when you place your order.
