What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 11:15am to 6:15pm. We are closed on weekends and Singapore public holidays. We recommend calling ahead if you plan to visit close to opening or closing time.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by visiting our shop in person, emailing us your requirements, or filling out the contact form on our website. For walk-in orders, simply bring your files on a USB drive, CD/DVD, or share them via a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
What file formats do you accept?
We accept most common file formats including PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), JPEG, PNG and TIFF. For best print quality, we recommend submitting your files in PDF format with fonts embedded and images at 300 DPI resolution.
How can I send my files to you?
You can send files via email, bring them on a USB drive or CD/DVD to our shop, or share them through cloud storage links such as Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer. For large files over 10MB, we recommend using cloud links rather than email attachments.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. For digital printing, there is typically no minimum — you can order even a single copy. For offset printing, minimums usually start from 500 pieces due to the setup involved. Contact us for specific quantities and pricing.
Can you help with design?
We primarily focus on printing services. However, we can assist with minor adjustments to your artwork such as resizing, colour correction and layout tweaks. For full design work, we recommend working with a graphic designer and sending us the print-ready files.

What is the difference between digital and offset printing?
Digital printing is ideal for small to medium runs and offers fast turnaround with no plate setup costs. Offset printing is better for large quantities (500+ pieces) and provides superior colour consistency and cost-effectiveness at scale. We can advise which method suits your project best.
How fast can I get my prints?
We offer express printing in as little as 30 minutes for selected products such as name cards and simple colour prints, subject to file readiness and job complexity. Standard turnaround is typically 1 to 3 working days. Offset printing jobs may take 5 to 7 working days. Let us know your deadline and we will do our best to meet it.
What paper types and materials do you offer?
We stock a wide range of materials including art card (250gsm, 310gsm), art paper (128gsm, 157gsm), textured paper, recycled stock and synthetic materials for banners. We also offer various finishes such as matte, gloss, and soft-touch lamination. Visit our shop to view paper samples.
Can you print on both sides?
Yes, we offer double-sided (duplex) printing for most products including name cards, brochures, flyers and booklets. Simply provide artwork for both the front and back when submitting your files.
What is your largest print size?
Our large format printers can produce prints up to several metres wide, suitable for banners, posters and exhibition displays. For exact maximum dimensions, please contact us with your project requirements and we will confirm what is possible.

How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the product type, quantity, paper stock, finishing options and turnaround time. Higher quantities generally lower the per-unit cost. We provide free, no-obligation quotes — simply send us your specifications and we will get back to you promptly.
How do I get a quote?
You can request a free quote by emailing us at [email protected], calling our office, filling out the contact form on our website, or visiting our shop in person. Please include details such as product type, quantity, size, paper preference and any finishing requirements for an accurate quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, NETS, bank transfer (PayNow/FAST) and cheque payments. Payment is typically required before printing begins. For regular corporate clients, we may offer credit terms upon arrangement.
Do you charge extra for express printing?
Express or rush jobs may incur an additional surcharge depending on the complexity and turnaround required. We will always confirm the total cost with you before proceeding so there are no surprises.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery island-wide across Singapore. Delivery charges depend on the order size, weight and destination. You are also welcome to collect your completed order from our shop at 71 Robinson Road.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas across Singapore, including residential addresses, office buildings and event venues. For deliveries to restricted-access buildings, please provide any necessary access instructions when placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Local delivery within Singapore typically takes 1 to 2 working days after your order is ready. Same-day delivery may be arranged for urgent orders, subject to availability and location. We will confirm the delivery timeline when you place your order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely. Self-collection is available at our shop at 71 Robinson Road, #03-01, Singapore 068895 during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 11:15am to 6:15pm). We will notify you by phone or email once your order is ready for collection.
